These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ViralPress.ai website and services operated by Asmal Digital LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
ViralPress.ai provides premium press release writing and distribution services. We write professional press releases on your behalf and distribute them to established news networks, which may include outlets such as AP News, Yahoo Finance, Business Insider, Google News, Benzinga, and other publications.

Package details, outlet counts, and included features are as described on the ViralPress.ai website at the time of purchase.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the applicable package fee as a one-time payment. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. After payment, you will be directed to complete an onboarding questionnaire that provides the information needed to write your press release.
Because our service involves third-party distribution costs and professional writing, the following refund policy applies:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@viralpress.ai.
Each package includes a minimum outlet distribution count as stated at the time of purchase. If the stated minimum number of distributions is not achieved within 14 business days, we will re-distribute your press release at no additional cost. This commitment applies to the total number of outlets and does not apply to any specific named publication.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and legality of all information provided for your press release. This includes company details, claims, statistics, quotes, and any other factual content.
ViralPress.ai reserves the right to decline or modify content that:
If we determine that your content cannot be distributed as submitted, we will notify you and work with you to make appropriate revisions. If suitable revisions cannot be agreed upon, we will issue a refund minus any work already completed.
Upon full payment and distribution, you retain ownership of your press release content. You grant ViralPress.ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your press release for distribution purposes and to display it as a portfolio example (with your prior approval for portfolio use).
The ViralPress.ai brand, logo, website design, and proprietary processes remain the exclusive property of Asmal Digital LLC.
ViralPress.ai distributes press releases through established third-party newswire and syndication networks. Please note the following about our distribution process:
After placing an order, you may access the ViralPress.ai customer portal to track your order status, review your press release draft, and download deliverables. Access is provided via a secure magic link sent to the email address associated with your order.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account, which serves as your authentication method. You agree not to share portal access with unauthorized individuals.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ViralPress.ai and Asmal Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, or damage to reputation.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
ViralPress.ai does not promise any specific business results, revenue increases, or traffic gains from press release distribution. Results vary based on numerous factors outside our control.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ViralPress.ai, Asmal Digital LLC, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) content you provide for distribution, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers via email.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ViralPress.ai regarding the use of our services.
